There’s no special written English only for Singapore. If you hear
of "Singapore English" or "English for Singapore," that
usually refers to spoken dialects and local informal speech.
For written materials, it is usually only a question of whether a company
prefers U.S. or U.K. English spellings, but both are usually acceptable in
Singapore. U.K. English has been the standard, but in recent decades U.S.
English has also become common--especially among the younger generation.
